Create TV announces the appearance of four of its popular TV chefs at the 2010 South Beach Food and Wine Festival in Miami Feb. 25-28.

Ming Tsai, Todd English, Eric Ripert and Lidia Bastianich will participate at events throughout the four-day festival from sampling at the grand tasting village to hosting sold-out interactive dinners.

All four chefs host TV shows which air exclusively on public television stations across the country as well as the Create™ channel – the only commercial-free channel dedicated exclusively to the best of public television’s “how-to” series in cooking, travel, gardening and more. Create is available to more than 82% of U.S. TV households.
