Todd English and Joanne Weir bring new seasons of their cooking shows to Create in July
Beginning Monday, July 13, Food Trip with Todd English and Joanne Weir's Cooking Class return to Create TV with second seasons.
Food Trip with Todd English Season 2
Internationally acclaimed chef Todd English goes back on the road to explore some of the world's most exotic culinary destinations.
Each episode of the James Beard Award-winning series finds Todd in a new locale — from the apex of Peru’s mystical Cuzco and the cosmopolitan nightlife of Tel Aviv, to the rolling hills of Tuscany and the hustle-bustle of Bangkok.
He draws inspiration from the native cuisines and ingredients, and then returns to his own restaurant to re-create these mouthwatering international recipes.
Joanne Weir's Cooking Class Season 2
James Beard award-winning cooking teacher, author and chef Joanne Weir shares culinary techniques, tips and fundamentals with her eager students.
Each week, from her cozy kitchen, Weir instructs a chef-in-training on equipping the kitchen, preparing Mediterranean-inspired recipes, and selecting complementary wines with the help of noted wine expert Andrea Immer Robinson.
During each hands-on cooking lesson, students discover unexpected solutions to real-life problems, including gummy risotto, grainy ice cream, broken emulsions or over-whipped egg whites.
At the conclusion of each episode, Weir and her students reflect upon the recipe, discuss key insights, ruminate about their experience and taste the delicious fruits of their labor.
